Terms of delivery
Ordering on our website ensures to be delivered between 48h and 72h (excluding holidays and weekends)... A few days more may be necessary during sales or promotions times your package is ready to leave our premises within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, and excluding holidays) upon receipt of the payment of your order (check received or payment recorded by our bank partner). Our priority is to do our best to respect the order preparation time.

Follow-up of your order
An email with a link to the carrier's tracking number will be sent and will allow you to follow up online your package’s delivery as soon as it is shipped. Moreover, our customer service is available for any question. You can contact us by phone at +33 (0)4 90 457 457, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Packages are dispatched at the buyer's risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Our Customer Service is available to help you if there is any issue (late delivery, lost parcel, wrong address ...). Customs duties on arrival will be dued if necessary for countries outside of the European Union
Returns, Exchange and Right of Withdrawal
You have 4 working days from the delivery of your order to exchange or return your items. For a product retraction request, you can contact our Customer Service by email or by phone at +33 (0)4 90 457 457, or go directly to your customer account, heading "my returns". We will reply within 24 hours indicating the return procedure. The returns’ fees are at your total expense.
