The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Araquelle SAS and its customers within the framework of the sale of the goods on the website
Any service provided by the company Araquelle implies the buyer's unreserved adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale.


The client must ensure that his personal data in the "my account" section is accurate and complete. Araquelle cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the order if the customer's data is incorrect or incomplete.

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Description" of the product sheets. The prices of the products indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€) VAT applicable to inhabitants of the European Union. The prices do not include handling and shipping costs.

The products ordered on the site are ordered at the rate in force at the time of registration of the order. For customers based abroad, any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Araquelle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced according to the prices displayed at the time of the order.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery terms vary according to the option, the country of destination and the chosen carrier. These times are in working days, excluding postal routing problems.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated in the purchase summary and appear in the total to be paid.
Delivery rates and times also vary depending on the country and the destination zone of the package.
